1. Within video surveillance, data is stored for up to 30 days. After this period, SIA “Prompt” ensures complete automatic deletion of data, unless the data has previously been requested or a criminal offense has been identified. If the data has previously been requested by competent state or municipal institutions or if a criminal offense has been identified, the data will be stored as necessary; • For other specific purposes about which the Client is informed at the time of providing the respective data to SIA “Prompt”. 2. Further purchase of goods or services from SIA “Prompt”, or receipt of information from SIA “Prompt”, will be considered as your consent and confirmation that you have read and agreed to SIA “Prompt” privacy policy. 3. By using the website, you agree that SIA “Prompt” or any third party acting on behalf of SIA “Prompt” may collect and store data allowing to track and record: 3.1. total number of website visits, 3.2. number of visitors to each particular website, 3.3. domain names of visitors’ internet service providers, 3.4. IP addresses, 3.5. other data used for system administration purposes, as well as to monitor the use of SIA “Prompt” and to organize its improvement. 4. Data collected and accumulated on SIA “Prompt” website, except those that would allow the identification of a person, may be transferred to other companies for informational and statistical purposes. 5. SIA “Prompt” does not associate the user’s IP address with data that would allow identification of the user. This means that each user’s session will be recorded, but the website user will remain anonymous. 6. All materials, except personal data of natural persons, sent or entered on the website become the property of SIA “Prompt”, which has the right to use them for its own purposes. 7. Data Security 8.1. The protection of client data on SIA “Prompt” website is ensured by SIA “Prompt” in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in Latvia. The obtained information is used to provide the client with the requested information and to ensure service delivery. 8.3. The client has the right to request that their existing data be supplemented, corrected, as well as that data processing be discontinued or client data deleted, if such data is outdated, incomplete, or unnecessary for the initial collection purpose.
