About

The Zebra ZM Series, including the ZM400 and ZM600, combines rugged industrial construction with dependable performance for demanding labelling operations. Built around durable die-cast metal frames, these printers are designed for manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, transportation, healthcare and other environments where consistent, high-volume output is essential.

With print speeds of up to 254 mm per second, the ZM Series helps improve productivity across item labelling, pallet identification, compliance marking, inventory management, shipping and receiving. The ZM400 supports print widths up to 104 mm, while the wider ZM600 accommodates labels up to 168 mm, making the series suitable for a broad range of applications.

Direct thermal and thermal transfer printing provide flexibility for short-term and durable label requirements. Available 203 dpi and 300 dpi resolutions deliver clear barcodes, text and graphics, while the ZM400 also offers a 600 dpi option for small labels, fine text and highly detailed printing.

USB 2.0, serial and parallel connectivity support integration with established business systems, while optional Ethernet and secure wireless networking enable flexible deployment. XML-enabled printing, ZPL II support and RFID-ready configurations further improve compatibility with warehouse, manufacturing and enterprise applications.

A large multilingual control panel, colour-coded operator cues, simple supply loading and quickly replaceable printheads and platen rollers help streamline everyday operation and maintenance. Optional cutters, peelers, liner take-up and rewind configurations allow each printer to be adapted to specialised workflows and changing operational requirements.
