About

The Zebra ZT420 is a durable 6-inch industrial label printer designed for high-volume printing in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics and distribution environments. Its rugged metal construction delivers dependable performance for demanding applications, including shipping labels, pallet identification, inventory tracking and compliance labelling.
Supporting both direct thermal and thermal transfer printing, the ZT420 produces labels up to 168 mm wide at speeds of up to 305 mm per second. Available 203 dpi and 300 dpi resolution options provide the flexibility to print clear barcodes, text and graphics across a wide range of industrial media.
Side-loading supplies, illuminated media paths and colour-coded adjustment points make the printer easy to operate. Tool-free printhead and platen replacement helps simplify maintenance, while the folding media door reduces the space required to access the printer in restricted working areas.
USB, serial, Ethernet, Bluetooth and USB Host connectivity enable straightforward integration with existing systems. Optional wireless networking, parallel connectivity, media cutting, peeling and rewinding configurations allow the ZT420 to be adapted to specialised workflows and changing operational requirements.
