The Zebra ZQ511 is an ultra-rugged 3-inch mobile printer engineered for demanding environments where reliability is critical. Whether used in transportation and logistics, field service, warehousing, public safety or utilities, the ZQ511 delivers dependable mobile printing for labels, receipts and linerless media, even in harsh outdoor conditions.

Built to military-grade durability standards, the ZQ511 withstands repeated drops, shocks, vibration, dust, water and extreme temperatures. Its rugged over-molded design ensures long service life, while the optional exoskeleton increases drop resistance and improves environmental protection to IP65 for the most demanding applications.

The printer produces crisp 203 dpi direct thermal prints at speeds of up to 127 mm (5 ips), helping mobile workers quickly print shipping labels, proof-of-delivery receipts, inspection reports, citations and other documents without returning to the office. Support for linerless media reduces waste, minimizes media changes and improves productivity in high-volume mobile workflows.

Advanced wireless connectivity, including dual-radio Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, keeps the printer connected to handheld computers, tablets and smartphones. A secondary Bluetooth channel enables simultaneous printing and device management, while USB On-The-Go simplifies firmware updates and maintenance in the field without requiring a PC.
