Zebra RS2100

The Zebra RS2100 wearable scanner is designed to deliver fully hands-free barcode scanning while maximizing worker comfort, productivity and mobility in fast-paced warehouse, logistics, retail and manufacturing environments. Its innovative back-of-hand design keeps the palm completely free, allowing workers to naturally grip, lift and handle products without interference from bulky wearable equipment. 

As the world’s smallest enterprise-class wearable scanner, the RS2100 weighs only about 31 grams and features an ultra-low-profile design that makes it ideal for picking operations in tight storage locations and high-density warehouse aisles. The lightweight construction helps reduce worker fatigue during long shifts while improving overall ergonomics and efficiency. 

The RS2100 is built for rapid, reliable barcode capture with Zebra’s enterprise-grade scanning technology and PRZM Intelligent Imaging. It can quickly scan virtually any 1D or 2D barcode, including damaged, dirty or poorly printed labels. Flexible feedback options such as LED indicators, audible beeps and haptic vibration instantly confirm successful scans and improve workflow speed. 

Deployment and daily use are intentionally simplified. The scanner is available in right-hand and left-hand versions with a universal fit design that comfortably supports all hand sizes without requiring multiple strap sizes. The integrated battery eliminates the need for separate battery management and reduces operational complexity. 

The RS2100 supports Bluetooth connectivity and works seamlessly with Zebra mobile computers, wearable devices, tablets, smartphones and PCs. Using Zebra’s Bluetooth adapter, up to seven RS2100 scanners can connect to a single workstation PC, making it especially effective for packing and sorting stations. 

Designed for demanding enterprise environments, the RS2100 offers rugged durability with IP54 sealing and resistance to repeated drops onto concrete. Zebra also provides optional Device Tracker functionality, helping businesses quickly locate misplaced scanners and reduce equipment loss and downtime.
