Zebra RS6100

The Zebra RS6100 Bluetooth wearable scanner is Zebra’s most advanced and versatile enterprise wearable scanner, designed to maximize worker productivity, comfort and mobility in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing and retail operations. Compact and practically weightless, the RS6100 is less than half the size and weight of its predecessor, the RS6000, helping reduce fatigue during long, scan-intensive shifts. 

The RS6100 delivers exceptional scanning performance with Zebra’s SE55 1D/2D Advanced Range scan engine and IntelliFocus™ technology. Workers can scan barcodes from as close as 5 cm (2 in.) to as far as 12.2 m (40 ft.), including damaged, dirty, frost-covered or shrink-wrapped labels. Zebra’s PRZM Intelligent Imaging technology further improves scan speed and accuracy in demanding environments. 

Designed for maximum flexibility, the RS6100 supports both cordless Bluetooth operation and optional corded operation through Zebra mobile computers. It pairs with Zebra handhelds, wearable computers, tablets, smartphones and PCs, while NFC tap-to-pair simplifies deployment and daily use. Zebra’s Wi-Fi Friendly Mode minimizes interference between Bluetooth and wireless networks in busy warehouse environments. 

The RS6100 offers five interchangeable wearing styles, allowing businesses to adapt the scanner to different workflows and worker preferences. Available options include single-finger triggers, double triggers, vibrating triggers, back-of-hand mounts, enterprise hand mounts and retractable lanyard mounts. Accessories can be swapped quickly without replacing the scanner itself, improving ergonomics and operational flexibility. 

Built for harsh industrial environments, the RS6100 is designed to operate in warehouses, freezers, coolers, loading docks and outdoor operations in rain, snow and extreme temperatures. The removable and replaceable PowerPrecision+ battery system enables uninterrupted multi-shift operation.
