The Zebra ZE500 Series Print Engine is designed for mission-critical print-and-apply applications where reliability, speed and minimal downtime are essential. Built with rugged all-metal construction, the ZE500 is engineered to operate continuously in demanding industrial environments such as manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, pharmaceuticals and food & beverage operations.

The ZE500 Series focuses heavily on ease of integration, maintenance and servicing. Its modular drive system, wide-open printhead design and tool-less roller replacement significantly reduce maintenance time and operational interruptions. Routine tasks like ribbon replacement and printhead servicing are fast and straightforward, helping maximize uptime in high-volume operations.

Designed for harsh environments, the ZE500 features a fanless sealed cabinet that protects against dust, debris and water exposure. The printer’s robust construction ensures long-term durability while maintaining consistent print quality even in challenging industrial conditions.

The ZE500 also offers advanced connectivity and integration flexibility with standard Serial, Parallel, USB and Ethernet interfaces, plus optional wireless connectivity. A large rotatable graphical display can be remotely mounted for easier operation in various installation configurations.

Optional RFID printing and encoding capabilities provide enhanced product tracking and operational visibility, making the ZE500 ideal for modern automated labeling systems. Zebra’s software ecosystem, including ZebraLink™ and Zebra DNA tools, further simplifies printer management, monitoring and maintenance.
