The Zebra ZT220 is a compact and dependable industrial label printer designed for manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, retail and light industrial applications. Its durable polymer enclosure and space-efficient design make it a practical choice for organisations that require reliable label printing without the size or cost of a heavy-duty industrial printer.

Supporting both direct thermal and thermal transfer printing, the ZT220 produces clear barcodes, text and graphics on labels up to 104 mm wide. Available 203 dpi and 300 dpi resolution options provide the flexibility required for shipping labels, inventory identification, product marking, asset tracking and compliance applications.

The printer’s simple three-button interface, colour-coded adjustment points and side-loading media design make daily operation straightforward. Tool-free printhead and platen replacement help simplify maintenance, reduce service time and keep essential labelling workflows running efficiently.

Standard USB and serial connectivity support easy integration with existing systems, while optional Ethernet, wireless networking and parallel interfaces provide additional deployment flexibility. Optional peeling and cutting accessories allow the ZT220 to be configured for different label-handling requirements.
